Following on from my post about my top 20 best dressed women at this year’s Goodwood Revival, here’s my list of the top 20 men. I haven’t put them in any particular order. For some reason I found it even harder to choose which was my favourite this time! Which outfit do you like best?
Photos thanks to Matt Hind at Men’s File.
Number 1. Vintage Harley Davidson top and jeans – so different from the leather-clad image of Harley Davidson motorcycles in later years – I think this is fab!
Number 2. 1940s brown velvet suit – just wonderful!
Number 3. The classic look for Goodwood Revival, vintage mechanics overalls (with flat cap of course)
Number 4. One of my favourites – I adore this tank top / cap combination – it looks so elegant!
Number 5. Is this a WWI uniform? I’m rubbish at identifying different military uniforms so any help would be gratefully appreciated!
Number 6. More vintage bikers? Either that or they’re rugby players… Either way they look great!
Number 7. Beige linen – so elegant
Number 8. Navy uniform – is this an American uniform?
Number 9. Great facial hair – I’m not normally a fan of beards, but this guy looks great!
Number 10. A brooding photo of someone in a military uniform, RAF?
Number 11. 1940s pinstripe brown suit – so sharp, especially with those shoes!
Number 12. Some great vintage motoribike leathers, I would guess these are 1950s.
Number 13. Another vintage Harley Davidson look – again not quite what I expected from a biker!
Number 14. I love this photo, just vintage tattoos and a steely look in his eye – youve got to admire his style!
Number 15. Classic and oh so stylish – the red jacket and sunglasses really makes this outfit for me.
Number 16. Once again – fabulous facial hair style – I’ve always liked a man with lamb-chops…
Number 17. What a fabulous velvet double breasted jacket
Number 18. Some real 1940s gangster style here with this chalk striped suit
Number 19. An American GI (I think?)
Number 20. This man really reminds me of a friend’s dad, I love the bright clashing colours of this outfit!
Which outfit is your favourite?

Numbers 4 and 11 are my favourites, though must say the 40s gangster is great!
I absolutely love mens hats of vintage eras! Great pictures and great posts!
Absolutely great! However, I recently found this amazing site
for mens fashion. There’s an online shop for everything – polo, t-shirts, etc.
You can find other stuff there like music, art, fashion. The site is – http://www.independent-leaders.com /x
Hi,
I love the beige linen cap in picture 7. Would you happen to know who makes this as I have searched the internet to no avail?
Thanks Paul

The First World War uniform is the wrong era for Goodwood Revival.
