Who doesn’t love letting their hair down (or putting their hair up) and having a good dance? And if you’ve not got the moves yourself then watching dancing can be just as therapeutic. Just watching this amazing Charleston video (below) made me grin from ear to ear and I hope it has the same effect on you too!

“I Charleston Warsaw” was performed by ShimSham – Warszawski swing with together with Swing Revolution Trójmiasto and Swing’n’Sway Cracow as a part the I Charleston the World” project which encourages people all over the world to video themselves doing the Charleston in their home towns and share the videos on the site.
