You have probably already seen my snaps from this year’s Goodwood Revival, but here are some truly spectacular photos of the vintage finery seen over the weekend. I’ve chosen my favourite ladies’ outfits from Goodwood Revival 2014. I’ll do a separate feature on the dapper gents next week.
The outfits I particularly love are the vintage TWA Air Hostess uniform, the yellow checked dress and the outfit above. Which are your favourites?
I was lucky enough to have my photo taken this year too, so I’ll share that with you as soon as I’ve seen it too!
Photos used with kind permission from Matt Hind at Men’s File who took these fantastic photograhs!
Fabulous photos!
Aren’t they beautiful Nancy! Glad you like them 🙂
Finding it difficult to find a favourite. Like the simplicity of the last yellow and green outfit.
Gorgeous the lot of them. Well done lovely ladies. helene@revivalvintage
Ooh, the older woman in orange, with the flat hat with the orange brim, is my favorite this year–she was my favorite last year, looking rather marvelously snooty in a coat with a fur collar and a spectacular hat.
I absolutely adore the petticoats of yesteryear. The sunhats fit in well with most of these dresses. Great photos of women’s fashion, Mary.
thanks Michael, although I can’t claim credit for the actual photos, they were taken by Matt Hind for Mens File Magazine
So that’s where these photos for those articles came from. I was wondering where they came from.
Love the delightful older lady in photo 3. Great photos.
